You may go about saving just QR 2000 per month after meeting your expenses here. It is all up to you now to decide by comparing it with your current status in your country.

Please negotiate. experienced drivers, Executive Secretaries, receptionists, Sales executives get paid 3,500QAR. For an Engineer its way too less. Please negotiate. You can't even survive with this. Accommodation is always costly here. Moreover the food and other expenses have been getting costlier so badly. Companies are doing good. They don't lose peanut if they pay you. Also decide considering your visa status and financial condition. In Worst scenarios, if you have your own visa then you can switch job later. If you are under company visa then you are stuck forever. All the best

Despite Acco + Tpt free, the offer is too low for an engineer grade. At this salary you can never bring your family on RP. Think about your future, if you desire to get exposure and gain exp. then its good but not for longer run.

for an Engineer, even with housing allowance - it's not worth it.

Nur Mohammed: IT may be more than he's earning in his home country. BUT, if he can't live on it in Qatar, than its not worth coming over - Is it ?

It's not so enough for living in Qatar, but if it is some more then your present salary, so it's not bad....

you can take it...
