if the employee finish his contract after 6yrs, . but just came from vacation 4months ago, who will be the one to pay his exit plain ticket? the employer or the employee?
I am so grateful for all your comments and advised guys!. Well, actually they also gave me a one month notice and they will also give my service award / gratuity soon. But all I need to know is why they terminate me without any grounds of termination and without warning letter? they just terminate me. Because they said I'm inefficient and then after several days they insist and encourage me to stay
in the company because they said my work experiences from different automobile companies are superior in other words they don't want me to leave. But how much more if they just offered me almost half of my salary which is only 4500QR per month?
@johnnylawyer -he just did finish his contract "2yrs per contract 3x" after 6yrs, the problem is he ddnt get his vacation in the exact month, " he did finish his contract month of DEC, but just came back from vacation last Aug.. now that he decide to not continue working in the same company, . . and now the company make him pay for all the expences of the exit ticket..
@Nelito Banda, If the company they will pay your End of service Gratuity and return ticket its fine. Because the contract were finished. Yup do you have rights to Complain.

employeee...coz you must finish atleast 1 or 2yr as per your contract stated.
