Can anyone tell me what is the leave structure as per labor law. Do we have sick leave and casual leave? As I know 15 days continue sick leave permited with pay (if valid proof there). But if I take a one day sick leave, is it absent (if I dont have medical report)?

yes.you will be consider as absent from duty if you dont have medical report of that day

I'm sure the law states if you take a day off sick . But have no prof you were sick the company have to just take your word for and pay you
