This is a programme to reduce 13 kilos in 13 days, it realy works, but if you find difficult you can eat plenty of salad or fruits would not be the same as the one who has followed the diet, i.e, one may reduce less than 13 kilos, in the course of of this programme it is advised not to do any excercises.
After 13 days one may construct a simple balanced diet accompained with exercises to strength musles and maintain a good healthy body.
13 Day Metabolistic Diet:
DAY 1 Breakfast :one cup of black coffee and one lump
sugar
Lunch :Two hard boiled eggs, spinach boiled
in water and one tomato
Dinner :One large steak, green salad with
lemon and oil dressing (olive oil)
DAY 2 Breakfast :One cup of black coffee and one lump

Lunch :One slice mutton, 200ml yoghurt

lemon dressing and one fruit

Remember to drink at least two litres of water, you are not allowed to substitue coffee with tea, sugar has to be used as described. The diet should be followed for exactly thirteen days. No MORE NO LESS
CONCERNING THE METABOLISTIC DIET:
The diet lasts thirteen days and thus hard but efficient. The diet's main objective is to alter your metabolism so that fter day thirteen, you will be able to eat normally without gaining weight again.
This is not a traditional diet where you starve your body, but a diet which increases your metabolism of food, and this effect will last for at least a year on normal food.
If you follow this diet, you will lose all your excess body fat, upto (13 Kilos)
The diet must be followed for thirteen days as mentioned, if you eat sweets or chewing gum during the diet or if you get tempted to eat extra food, break the diet immediately as the diet will loose its effect, but if you get through all thirteen days, the diet will be repeated only once in a year, if yuo get very hungry during diet drink plain water.
