I have read that CELERY is a very helpful agent for reducing calories!!!, and it is also good for High blood pressure patients.

If we make 'Celery Stem' as part of our diet....then hopefully it will help in losing our weight as well.

Celery (Ajwaien) is a green vegetable, easily available in hyper markets in Doha.

This is a programme to reduce 13 kilos in 13 days, it realy works, but if you find difficult you can eat plenty of salad or fruits would not be the same as the one who has followed the diet, i.e, one may reduce less than 13 kilos, in the course of of this programme it is advised not to do any excercises.

After 13 days one may construct a simple balanced diet accompained with exercises to strength musles and maintain a good healthy body.

13 Day Metabolistic Diet:

DAY 1 Breakfast :one cup of black coffee and one lump

sugar

Lunch :Two hard boiled eggs, spinach boiled

in water and one tomato

Dinner :One large steak, green salad with

lemon and oil dressing (olive oil)

DAY 2 Breakfast :One cup of black coffee and one lump

sugar

Lunch :One slice mutton, 200ml yoghurt

Dinner :One large steak, green salad with

lemon dressing and one fruit

DAY 3 Breakfast :One cup of black coffee and one lump

sugar, one piece of toast

Lunch :Two hard boiled eggs,one piece of

mutton, green salad with lemon and oil

dressing

Dinner :Boiled celery,one tomato and one fruit

DAY 4 Breakfast :One cup black coffee, one lump

sugar,one piece of toast

Lunch :One can of fruit juice and 200ml plain

yoghurt

Dinner :One hard boiled egg, one shredded

carrot, 200ml cottage cheese

DAY 5 Breakfast :One big raw shredded carrot with

lemon juice

Lunch :One large piece of read snapper with

lemon juice and little fresh butter

Dinner :One large steak, green salad with

celery

DAY 6 Breakfast :One cup black coffee, one lump sugar,

one piece of toast

Lunch :Two hard boiled eggs and one raw

shredded carrot

Dinner :One piece of chicken breast, green

salad with lemon and oil dressing

DAY 7 Breakfast :One cup of black tea without sugar

Lunch :Nil

Dinner :Lamb chops and one fruit

DAY 8 Breakfast :One cup of black coffee and lump

sugar

Lunch :Two hard boiled eggs,spinach boiled in

water and one tomato

Dinner :One large steak, green salad with

lemon and oil dressing (olive oil)

DAY 9 Breakfast :One cup black coffee and one lump

sugar

Lunch :One slice mutton, 200ml yoghurt

Dinner :One large steak, green salad with

lemon dressing and one fruit

DAY 10 Breakfast :One cup of black coffee and one lump

sugar, one piece of toast

Lunch :Two hard boiled eggs, one piece of

mutton, green salad with lemon and oil

dressing

Dinner :Boiled celery, one tomato and one

fruit

DAY 11 Breakfast :One cup of black coffee, one lump

sugar, one piece of toast

Lunch :One can of fruit juice and 200ml plain

yoghurt

Dinner :One hard boiled egg, one shredded

carrot, 200ml cottage cheese

DAY 12 Breakfast :One big raw shredded carrpt with lemon

juice

Lunch :One large piece of red snapper with

lemon juice and little fresh butter

Dinner :One large steak, green salad with

celery

DAY 13 Breakfast :One cup of black coffee, one lump

sugar, one piece of toast

Lunch :Two hard boiled eggs and one raw

shredded carrot

Dinner :One piece of chicken breat, salad with

lemon and oil dressing

Remember to drink at least two litres of water, you are not allowed to substitue coffee with tea, sugar has to be used as described. The diet should be followed for exactly thirteen days. No MORE NO LESS

CONCERNING THE METABOLISTIC DIET:

The diet lasts thirteen days and thus hard but efficient. The diet's main objective is to alter your metabolism so that fter day thirteen, you will be able to eat normally without gaining weight again.

This is not a traditional diet where you starve your body, but a diet which increases your metabolism of food, and this effect will last for at least a year on normal food.

If you follow this diet, you will lose all your excess body fat, upto (13 Kilos)

The diet must be followed for thirteen days as mentioned, if you eat sweets or chewing gum during the diet or if you get tempted to eat extra food, break the diet immediately as the diet will loose its effect, but if you get through all thirteen days, the diet will be repeated only once in a year, if yuo get very hungry during diet drink plain water.
