Lost Qatar ID !!

Dear friends, I lost my Qatar ID yesterday and I already reported the same to my sponsoring company, they agreed to issue me a letter for authorities, kindly advise me to what to do next and how much time it will take me to get a new ID, I am leaving for my planned annual vacation within two weeks, kindly help and advise.
