Lung Scar Problem

I sponsor my wife and son under family visa and we already know that my wife has a lung scar but it is now inactive and there is no medication to be done which also never been a problem when we were in Dubai. But during her medical test in the Philippines the clinic won’t sign her clearance as fit to travel because of this long time issue and this clearance is needed for the visa stamping in the Qatar embassy.
Please advice what should I do enable to bring them here?

There was some abnormality in my x-ray as well; I had to do a PPD two days ago, and today it was read as 9 mm. I had a tb about 7 years ago. Will I be in trouble of getting a positive result? What will be the steps? Will I have to leave Qatar?It bothers me a lot.. Anyone with similar experience, please share. That would greatly appreciated. @X3500 - if we managed to get her here, will the Medical Commision deport her immediately if they find out the she has a scar?
@Boxbe16dobara - I thought they're only strict with it comes to working visa and not the family sponsor?
@gene_Iv - the problem is we can't make her visa stamped in the Qatar embassy in the Philippines since the clinic is holding the medical clearance. Or do you mean we can get through the Qatar Immigration even without the visa being stamped on her passport?
The clinic advised to bring them in a visit visa so there will be no need to take a medical exam in the Philippines and it will be only done here in Qatar. But their family visa will expired till August or is there a way to convert it to visit visa?

Go to St. Lukes and get a clearance from there, believe me it would be difficult when they do her X-Ray here, Then again she would have to take 6 months medication from Rumailah for her lung scar, my wife had the same issue and the RP stamping process was delayed by almost one year because of the scar, but if she cant pass through PH medicals I guess she wont pass through medical here as it is a lot stricter
Easy, Exit Philippines as Tourist to Bangkok, HK or Singapore, once there take a plane to Qatar. No need to pass through red tapes in PI
NEITHER qatar will accept that
