Mobile banking problem, please help
Hi all
I transferred money on QIB mobile banking
16 days before but still this money not delivered to my home country
I tried too much to contact customer care and 2 times they answered my call and after some complaining emails they answered today that
(Please request the beneficiary to check with the bank using the reference number ******** as the payment should get credited soon.)
I alsoaalso here that when i transfer this money i received just one message from QIB that your money successfully sent
And one of my friend told me that you will receive 2nd message also when this money delivered to your brother account
Please help me what to do now......,
