[Need Advice] Leave, Resign, Return

Good Day! I am again posting to seek an advice. I posted before that I want to quit my job but my boss didn't allow me. I am working as an Engineer here in Qatar. Now I filed a Emergency Leave of absence for 15 days because of some situation in my country (Philippines) that needed my physical presence. Now my leave was approved but my plan is not to return. As I know I will be cancelled if they realized that I will not be returning and I will be banned within two years. Now my plan is to look for other work for the time being. Then I will return here in Qatar after two years. i like to be here because I like they way of living here and I have good credentials here such as Government Accreditation and Driving License so there will be a good chance for me to find a good company with better compensation if ever that i will be available for work. Now my question is, Is there anybody who experienced the same or knows somebody who didn't return after vacation and then able to return here after a banned period without a problem? Will I use the same Qatar id number? how about my credentials? Is it still be valid?

the same ID number will be issued to you again..

your credentials will all be renewed or re-submit, re-authenticated, re-stamped and all the re's to do..

make sure that you don't leave a penny of debt to any bank or credit card issuer company and your account to any bank is properly closed..or else when you return, you will find out that you're in debt more than you can imagine.

YES Same ID

because Qatar ID has been created by century, year you born and your country and than follow the number of PRs who born the same year as you are

I think is OK but you will loose your end of contract payment normally 3 weeks or one month per year depend on company

(and loan problem), you can return safely AFTER two years from the time your visa is cancelled (usually six months after you leave the country or after the expiration date). All your credential are also subject for renewal anyway.

Good luck and hope you enjoy your long vacation.
