Need Advice Regarding Driving License Renewed by Qpost but not received yet

Dear QL Friends,

I need your kind guidance regarding the renewal of the Driving License. I have renewed my driving License on 07th July 2020 ( almost one most completed)via Metrash2 and select QPost services. Until now I did not receive my card. In Metrash2 the License renewed and updated for the next 05 years. If I am tracking from Qpost the status is " Waiting for Print".

Please suggest I have to contact Qpost or Traffic Police for that Printing card.?

Normally it should be checked with Qpost as I select that option and paid 20 QAR for delivery.

Needs your idea about this case.

I know many people who got their driving license delayed so one of the first things you should do is call Q-post and check if they have scheduled delivery for you, if not check with the traffic department.

Call to QPOST customer care with QID and ask them for scheduled delivery.
