Need advice regarding Work visa

Recently i got a job in Qatar and now i'm in Temporary work visa with a validity of 3 months..My validity expires on May 20th ..Still my medical is not completed...Some problem is there in medical,ie, abnormal chest xray.I got next appointment only on may 20th at Rumailah ..Same day my visa expires....Can i stay in qatar after May 20 if my medical is not completed..Any fine i have to pay or i have to return back before may 20..Please help me

It can be converted by paying 500 QAR or the sponsor will pay penalty.
