Need help

⁷Dear all,I'm in dire need on an advise..our housing agent kept on delaying to give us our Agreement Copy Authenticated by Municipality for which we will use to create our Kahramaa account and other formalities eventhough the service charge is already paid, not only that,but even the damages in the house were not fixed..what can I do about this matter?

If you have proof of payment, you can report the matter to Consumer Protection Department. Here is the link:
