Need help and advise
Helow everyone..
we are group of ladies need help..
we are from cleaning company.
our problem is they didnt give us salary for more than 3months.. And some dont have qatar id for more than 1year. And we are living like a chicken because in 1room 6 to 7 ladies
Some ladies have work some ladies dont have work.. They gave 1month salary to those ladies who have work..
what we can do our problem??
next month i wil finish my contract. and i asked them if i can transfer to another company, they told me they need 10,000 to 12,000 qr to realease me..
i dont have work more than 1month and they didnt give us salary for more than 3months.. Its my right to get release from them?? I have job offer from other company..
after 2yrs contract. there is no band for two years if i go back to philipines??
Mr janarthanan2 yah my pasport with me.. Because i have qatari id card.. Maybe we are 5 only have qatar id.. And the rest doesnt have qatar id and their pasport is in the company.. We are more than 30 ladies,,,
