Hi there, need valid info regarding to hie long can stay without paying penalty after QID under company sponsorship been cancelled.

If you ask anybody they will say 1 week or 10 days. But this is not correct. As per MOI you can stay upto 90 days after your Permanent Work Visa QID has been cancelled.

This is not for people on Visit visas...beware.

One QLer pioneerpec is a specialist on such matters.

From earlier comments posted at QL, I understand that you can stay up till 3 months from the date of cancellation of the visa. But you can check on this by visiting some typing centers or by going over to the passport and immigration office.
