Dude, dont give away location of the only cricket ground with grass dude! LOL
On a much serious note, MIC in Messaieed is coming up with a grass ground. You could also check with few smaller clubs who might be interested in letting out their football grounds on rent. For instance the one near Jaidah Flyover or there's another one close to Kanoo Travels just up ahead of Souq Al Jabor.
