Need Suggestion
Dear All - QL Memebers -
My Self Hasan Rahman --Working here as An Assistant Sales Manager -I would like to request your kind suggestions towards my problem - which might be helpful for me as well as others who may face same problem as me-
My company suddenly taken a step to restacture managent and they staretd terminating people with out any valid reason - Among them one is me-I am locally hired and transfered my own visa to my existing company - yesterday afternoon when i cambe back from home after luanch break they suddenly hand over me termination later on my hand and when i asked what i have done they said nothing just company owner wanted to terminate you -and meanwhile when i asked them can i get an NOC they said no you can not get an NOC And As well as you will not recieve any service end benifites -
I an honestly requesting your kind advise in this above described problem what i can do - and is there any such rule that comapny can terminate any one with out a valid reason - and can they stop some one to get an NOC even tjough they have transfered there visa -
Expecting your kind suggestion -
You can go to Human Rights Office and ask advice from them, you can file complains too. Regarding NOC, it's always up to the sponsor if they will give NOC or release. Otherwise you can do this, let your family apply for a family visa for you, find a job again and wait till you finish your 2 years ban after being cancelled by the company. After 2 years you can get work visa without any problems.
@ Cox - I don't have any criminal records - and even my HR doesn't know why he have given me termination later--he is asking me - i am here from my childhood along with my parents - i transferred my visa twice -- so do you think i should get an NOC- and all the benefits -
Thanx g666 And Coxtown- for your suggestion -And advise - My only main concern is how come with out an reason company HR listen to owner and as well as how come owner also listen to a new person who joined only 2 weeks - Qatar is developing and also local Arabic people are getting educated but why they can not use there mind - and also one more question i need to ask you all - As per my job contract - they told if its less than 5 years - i will be having one month time to hand over and collect all my dues- but they gave me only 10 days - is it correct
R U Asst Sales Manager ??????? OMG !!! Don't worry, you have the right to ask for NOC + all the benefits due to you from the day u joined this co. All the above are subject to no any criminal record on your part.
i faced same problem 3 years ago. i would suggest u to go human rights office & explain them this problem, the might be able to help u.
