You should definitely choose Michelin Tyres if you are looking for best quality at affordable prices. According to me no other brand can beat Michelin's quality in this price range. They are the best!
I don't know the criteria for good and bad ,some people measure it by money/brand .There is standardization for the quality ,You can refer online guidelines for the same only if you are curious about the same.It's better to go for Japanese or Korean brands.I took Hankook from Imalco ,2 years before ,no issues will happen if you are doing preventive maintenance like Nitrogen inflation ,Wheel Alignment ,Wheel balancing according to the manufacturer recommendations.Fate and Accidents are inevitable ......
