Need your Advice on Salary Proposal

All - I'm a 35 year old oil and gas legal counsel with 10 year experience. I'm in a selection process to cover a Senior Counsel position in Doha in an oil and gas company. I have not yet gotten into details but been told in advance that the salary would be 50,000 QAR per month + housing, education, flights, healthcare. I'm married, have an year old boy and another one coming up soon. I like the idea of moving to a middle east city and live and intense cultural experience with my family until my kids start school. I do not pretend to have a luxurius life there but to live as an standard expat and travel around from time to time. What I would like to know is whether I would be able to save some money in the meantime. Any comment will be highly appreciated. Regards.
