Need your wisdom....birthday
I have my neighbours coming for a visit from Aust and one is celebrating his 60+ years young here on Sat night. I would like to organise something Qatarish for him (i have a sheesha so not going out for sheesha) and if possible but doesn't have to be, kid friendly (babysitter dependant!) Any ideas will be welcomed!!
Thanx
or you can rent for one day one of these beautiful chalet in Al Sharq, and enjoy a nice environment, beach, and a buffet with some of the traditional Qatari dishes...I personally love the most qatari traditional “mahsaf” (rice with the camel meat)..you cam also bring your sheesha to this chalet...or to order one there...

in a little trip on one of these boats on the Corniche. You can book one of them a day before for the certain time, and then on the day of the trip to upload some food/drinks/sheesha on board and go for a little cruise for 2-3-4 hours, as long as you wish.
Your guest will enjoy;
1. Gulf view;
2. Food and drinks;
3. Sheesha;
... and of course your company...
Great minds think alike!! My hubby and I were discussing your idea and we've come up with Qatar Intl adv for a day trip then out on the dhow with cake at night (when its cool for them...its winter in aust!! Thank you so much for your advice!!
