New Car from Dealer or Out side Agents

HI, from past few days I have been trying to to buy a new car, but I saw same car with different prices from different places.

From dealers it is Most Costly without any freebees.

From some agents who are selling the same cars and claiming thay they will get it deliverd from same dealer with less price and some freebees...

My question is there any catch in taking car from out side agents?

Althogh this kind of arrangment I have seen working with consumer electronics but for Cars also???
