New Visa Stamping requesting yours advices

Dear All,

I was here (Qatar) last 1 year (21-06-2015), when I was reached this country I have undergone for the medical and Finger test and successfully. But due to the unforeseen reason my visa is not stamped. Now the company paid all the penalty and applied QID, so I have to submit my Original Passport and blood Drawing Report. But unfortunately my blood drawing report are missing so how can I get duplicate one or else what is the solution? Pl s help.

Dear Sir,

If they lost medical report then they have to approach medical commission or if they lost blood group report then you redo it at any authorised laboratory by paying Qr. 15
