NOC

Dear friends ,since last 3 years iam working in the construction company as a engineer,I came to this company with release(NOC) from another company.so is there is any qatar rule that current working company should give NOC to locally recruited employee? Please advise.

search the QL for a while, if didn't got anything, then do one thing, tell your current sponsor again, but if he is not willing to give, then take your right by court..

No such rules. NOC is strictly at the discretion of your employer. Most of employees have a policy where NOC is given to 'local hires', but it does depend on the company. So, it is totally up to them
