NOT ALLOWED TO ENTER QATAR WITH THIS RP

Good day every one I'm margie from philipines before I was working in house as a cook of Qatari house.my sponsor is qatari. My agreement is 2 yrs but after one year complete i went vacation philipines 2017 march and didn't go back Qatar.. now i want to go back Qatar and I applied for bussiness visa it's rejected last week .moi website show not allowed to enter qatar with this rp so I want help for go back qatar..please advise me how I go qatar back. Thanks
