Can anybody here, advice me with my situation???

2 months ago, I am tempted to buy visa for my wife. Someone just posted in this site that they can provide freelance visa.

So I contacted this woman who I thought can help us with our situation that time. I paid them the money, they told us to. But 1 month had already passed, still we did not receive a visa. They promised us that, it's ok if we want to pull out our transaction with them, and they're going to give back our money. So we decided to pull out.

As they promised to us, the money can be refunded. For almost 1month, still we did not receive the refund. I cannot file a complain against them to the police, because I know that what we did is also illegal right??? But, We admit that it was an honest mistake... And we we're not gonna do it again...

What action can you suggest, so that we can still get the money back??? Is there any way???
Please help us... I Believe that we're not just the only one who were tricked by those heartless people.
Thanks!

reading all comments, but i think you can still file a case against them, you can report in police or CID, no worries coz they are the one who will be in trouble. you can complain or file a case for FRAUD. but you should have proof that u paid them money.

if u paid a big money then go for it, but if u just pay 2 or 3K then forget it.

well the best what you can do is : post the company name who cheated you, post the mobile no they give you. and more details so other will be careful.

GoodLuck for what you do

No one is being mean. You knowingly broke the law and tried to be a part of something illegal.

sorry but you can do anything about this.

maybe u can try to contact the woman who is processing the visa.. ask her to meet you and take her to the police. You may not have your money back but these people are in the hands of the police and file cases to them.. At least you will have your peace of mind, somehow.

miyagi,

You must report to police and admit your case. You will be pardoned and you will save others from being traped into this situation.

It is very easy to say -Learn from others mistakes, it selcom happens , Unless people like you tell out how you lost money and trust on such TRICKSTERS, who are in pleanty . All i can say is what you went is a illegal means and just think , had they provided the visa or the money back , you would not tell this to any body at all or made this letter. I am sure you will never get back that money and the TRICKSTER also knows you can do nothing when you enter into illegal agreements, so better FORGET the whole episode.

Please friends let this letter open all our eye and keep away from any ILLEGAL means , please remember the Government procedures are there to protect you and see that you are safe never engage these TRICKSTERS and BURN YOUR FINGERS- God bless

What you will get is this: you accused yourself of an illegal action. The CID will read your self-accusation on QL. They will do a Reverse IP Address search and locate you. You will be deported after you spent one year in prison. Better be quiet.

well let me tell u something .. sometimes it takes more than a month ..

for me i did the same with my wife visa and it took from april to july ... yeah that was too much .. however, i had a deal with the person that we would only pay small downpayment and the balance after the visa is approved ..

I can't really help you, on how to get your money back. However you got 2 options in front of you

First: forget about the money and be responsible for the mistake u did

Second: Go on with your mistakes and take all the risks, Talk to them that you will be filing a complain (But don't u ever or u will get urself in troubles) they can be judged for human trafficking and believe me most of them are cowards and they might return the money for you.

OR they can be bold enough and won't and will tell u do wutever u want. if u reach to that point, let go and forget your money.

hope this will help.

You knew it was illegal and yet you went ahead and did it.

How is this an honest mistake?

Forget the money and learn from your mistake.
