OVERTIME Calculation

Good day all,

Please any one give the Qatar law reference to calculate OVERTIME.

Basic/26*8=1 hour basic salary

1 hour basic salary*1.25 or 1.50= 1 hour normal overtime or 1 hour special overtime.

please anyone can give the Qatar Law reference.

From Articles 74 and 75 is not confirm that basic salary will be divided by 26 days or 30 days.

I know max company dividing by 26 days, how we can say those company dividing by 30 is wrong.
