Performance od Mitsubishi Lancer

Hi,
i want to know about the performance of mitsubishi lancer 2009 onward card.
I heard that in summer season it is not as good as other in comparison with cooling.
What about the spare parts in compare with honda civic and nissan altima.
Lancer dont have ABC brakes, does that really matters ?

what do you recommend in 25,000 to 30,000 Qr which car should be purchase from these below:
1. Lancer
2. Honda Civic
3. Nissan Altima
4. Toyota corolla

keeping in mind that as much as latet model one can get.

Latest models of Corolla , Altima and Lancer have ABS brakes. Toyota & Mitsubishi spare parts are cheap.
