Plastic Surgery in Doha

Need the real scoop on whether it is safe or advisable for a tummy tuck and face lift in Doha. Would it be better to go to Thailand or Lebanon? Any advise on surgeons? Appreciate all input. Thanks

The risks involved in plastic surgery are not a joke. That´s why you have to sign a consent form in where you agree that the surgeon won´t be responsible if something wrong happens. You will also sign an anesthetics consent form in where you acknowledge the fact that you can die with general anesthetics.

Having said that, if the hospital is good, they have an IC unit , reanimation and the doctor uses always the same team specially concerning anesthesiologists everything should go great.

After that you should consider the post-op ,which most times is not a path of roses and the patient feels frustrated as no one explains step by step how is it going to be, what he/she can expect and has no post op psychological support .

I did PR for famous plastic surgeons and I would advise to check everything before untaking a surgery as it´s not only your beauty but your health we´re talking about.

The risk of doing plastic surgery is great. But the most important thing that you should concider is the clinic, doctor, license, guarantees etc where you have it done. If you live in Doha, do it in Doha. Do you know lebanon or Thailand?

I know of some friends who had surgery done in Doha. The first surgery she had done went wrong. But then she went to the Al Emadi hospital and had it corrected and was treated very very professionally. I have had other surgery done by Dr. Al Emadi and am a big fan of his. He is great.

Maybe in Thailand or Lebanon it will be cheaper, but where do you go when you have a complication? At least if you had it done in Doha, you will know where to go. And their hospital is good, clean & efficient. I have seen to many programs on TV about butched plastic surgery! So I would recommend Doha.

Good luck.
