Pls help !! my passport number Blacklisted !!

Dear All, i have been in Qatar last year 2013 for employment on business visa only but after 15 days i resgned because the job description was not as per the offer and not matching my skills anyway after one year i get a nzw job with another company but i am surprised the pro told me that my name & passport are blacklisted !!! and we can not issu your visa at the moment.
Note that in the previous company i did not do fingerprint or blood test neither iqama, so i ma wondering how could the previous company blacklisted my name without fingerprint and iqama i son't get it !
Now what shall i do ? and is there any way to remove my passport number from this blacklist ?

I am mohamed Aslam I worked as a QUANTITY SURVEYOR in BIN OMRAN. before 1 year when I enter to Qatar I bring my tablet for my use. in sri lanka normally i can use that but Qatar police arrested me and deported to sri alnka. can any one help me my company blacklist in labor office can i change my sponsorship. if no then what will happend with all employees. what thay will do?
and if i go back to my country then can i come with new visa? already i got NOC paper but some one told me that company is blacklist. and now i can't change my sponsorship. plz reply me if u know any thing about this

In that case go personally to the main immigration in gharrafa and ask them. They will be glad to assist you.
No ruru i have been in KSA on 2009 stayed 10 days only for omra i did not do any thing wrong ! realy i am confused and didn't get it how my name and passport are blacklisted it's like X-Files :o
Sadiq, Qatar is a member of GCC so you may want to consider reviewing your previous deployments. Issues like, work or any sponsorship problems you may have encountered in Saudi Arabia perhaps.
Thanks for the comments but the application was for business visa from the previous company and as per my knowledge a business visa expire within one monthin if it is not extended and so fan there is one year between the two applications !
it could be that the APPLICATION FOR A WORK VISA from the previous company has not expired yet or they did not bother to cancel it. Hence your passport number shows it has been applied for a work visa. The authorities allow only one application at a time my friend.
This happens to my brother also..he never been to any GCC before and he got an offer from a company in Qatar by direct interview from India. then they applied work visa for him. But it was rejected saying due to security reasons... company saying there was somebody having similar name banned in Qatar. But i took him visit visa which is approved.. I dont know what will happen if we apply again work visa for him. I think file a lost passport complaint and get new one.
