Poor service of Oredoo.
Good morning to you all. My name is Nirroshan Manoj Solomonds. Before yesterday me and my friend went to Oredoo showroom in salwa road to buy a shahry
package for him. In there we met one Arabic customer service assistant who is looking always very angry with all the customers & there are some lady customer care assistants who is even don't talking to customers, always roaming on theirs iPhones. I saw a very poor customer care there.
Okay i am coming to the point, my friend bought a Shahry smart pack 150 and paid 100 to change the local minutes to international minutes. That customer service guy told us this will change the 800 free local minutes into international. But its applicable for 10 numbers only, if you called more than 10 numbers u will be charged in standard rates for the extra calls.
Next day we went again to the same showroom to buy another Shahry for me(The same one we bought yesterday). We went to a another customer care assistant who is a Filiphino guy. He told us another story. You can use only 400 free minutes for calling international and the balance 400 minutes should be spend in local calls, if u reached your 400 minutes then you will be in standard rates. This 400 free international minutes is applicable for 20 numbers he said. I told him yesterday we came and we took the same package but your people give us a different information. he asked who? i show him the guy who sold us sim yesterday. He said okay then go and ask him why he told this to us.
What is this? is this your customer care? If you are a world class mobile service provider please find some recruited personals for your customer service. and finally we left with full of confusions about the Shahry smart 150.

Thank you blueboy007. Yes i already sent a mail to Oredoo customer care, but unfortunately i do not have those Idiots names. Oredoo said they will assist me in this matter within two days. Today i am going again to check that Su****s Beautiful names. Thank you again.

Send an email to Oredoo customer care, complain about both the staff( better if you go there again and get names of both the culprits). Mention the whole story, I think there top management will sc_ _ them. ( its just a hope that there management will take some action but still try from your side.. )
You can also ask about the clarification of the Shahry to avoid confusion. Keep in mind, if you exceed the minutes etc, they will charge you hell and you have to pay. Better get some sort of clarification from them through email so you understand it fully plus you will have a record which you can use in future to claim your right.
