Procedure to apply for a job In Doha

Hi,
I have recently relocated to Doha from India and need your advice on the following:-
1) What is the right procedure to apply for jobs in Doha (as in websites, or direct mails)?
2) Which are the companies hiring currently and how do I approach them?
3) I have a very rich experience in corporate relationship management, so what scopes are there in Doha for similar capacities?

Thank You Saeedkan for the information. I do check Gulf Times and have forwarded my resume but nobody responds despite my rich experience. Will post on these sites and check again. Hope it works.
