Procedure and fees of getting permission for tinted windows of car on my istemara

I bought a car with istimara valid till Nov 2016. The car has tinted windows on back but without permission taken at the time of renewal of istemara. Somone told me that I will have to pay 400 Riyal for getting a new istemara with permission for tinted windows on it. Now, I want to take permission from traffic department. So, please guide me regarding the procedure and fees in detail.

20 riyals it is...iam partner with a tint shop..so i know it. for front 2 doors it is 10 to 20%. for front windshield and back windshiled it is 10% and back 2 doors as you like. if you want to tint let me know. i work for a professional tint shop.
removing the tint has also its cost. wait until new istemara unless police patrol caught you to remove it. btw 30% is allowed on rear wind shield.
20 riyal is the charges for tinting permission while you are renewing/ changing istemara. Stop any policeman on patrol or official and ask him the details without any hesitation, they will guide you better or call the community police for further support. there hotline is 33292379.

You may remove the tint .............. save money ...........
I paid 10 riyal to fill arabic form.
Don't remember exactly for approval, It is 20 or 100. But not more than 100. Dont worry.
