procedure to get nursing licence in qatar

hi frnds ,am jani,male bsc nurse from india,having 3 years of experience in  well equiped hospital  ( 400 beded) and  now  working as a company nurse for the past 3 months. i have completed the data flow and qatar prometric exam.now am waiting for the next step called evaluation.For  applying evaluation there is a requirement called letter from potential employer. i dont understand this,i enquired at sch and my company too,they are unaware about this.please help me... my questions are

         1)  what is mean by letter from potential employer,what should be written in that?

         2) is it possible to get nursing licence for a company nurse?

         3)  Potential Employer Letter ( i  find this in qatar living)
