Sir, Can any one please provide me the address of passport and immigration office where I can check about the issue of travel ban? Because I was contacted some office they said it's only for visa extension or renewal only.

Go over to the passport & immigration office at Gharrafa and meet the captain. Possibly, he may be able to guide you. You can also check with the CID. Most taxi drivers know the location of this office.
