i use some other method . lumines and gta method is old.
how can u downgrade 3.11 without using a lumines?

i think you can already downgrade a 3.11 but theres a risk of having your psp bricked. youll be needing the lumines though i havent tried it , its better to play using original umd rather than having ur psp bricked.

It cant be downgraded YET!!! :)Running custom firmware 3.7 on psp, with all the old psx games working perfectly, i just adore Gran Turismo 2...

what PAO said above is correct.
You need to downgrade your psp firmware.
However the new firmware version from sony cannot be downgraded.
register to pspseven.com. they have tomes of downloadable games, however you have to downgrade your firmware and install those custom freeware inorder to play iso files.
