It took them about 6 weeks to reach his office in Doha.

However, an air mail letter from a friend in Doha to me in UK took only a day or two.

I suppose customs here didn't like the look of the CD package.

I am still waiting for a Christmas parcel from my daughter in Germany that she sent for Don and Jumana 5 years ago! And my Mom, silly as she was, sent money in an envelope which never got here!. You can't teach experience (Vegas)

MD, the problem is that I needed the documents delivered there as a matter of urgency, so the money is not really the issue here.

But to be honest, I do not know if they offer insurance, I never really asked for it because they were just papers.

It's been exactly 18 days. The documents were supposed to have reached there 15 days ago!

Grrrrr

don't they offer an insurance? So at least, you get money back if you declare a value?

greentea, sheer luck. I have used them before, sending something to the same address in Canada and it got there. The problem is when it doesn't get there: they are unable to trace it, and they don't seem to care so much. I used their speed service, paid more than the first time, the parcel was supposed to get there in 3 days and, 15 days later, every time I call or go there they tell me to wait another week.

LOL, Darude.

I don't think QPost confiscates a lot of material. I would like to work for customs, though :D

If it's an important document, please do not send it via QPost, Sandy. If it happens that the document gets lost, they can't track it, it's a nightmare.
