I didnt need to go to customs for mine. Just to window...25? (cant remember)

@ Lucas & Adza, thank you guys. When i visit the qatar post central office and customs office, what shall be providing them to collect my package? Will i need to provide any AWB no?

Does any one of you guys have similar experience?

And do you know what are the working hours of customs/post office? And so they work on saturdays?

i saw on the official website of qpost there is a list of names of people who has parcels to be collected. i believe its been updated everyday. you can check for your collection of parcel through the net once after it has been sent from the US.

also, you will not know when it has arrived, so track it until it leaves US, wait a couple of days then go to the post office. If uncollected after a month(i think) it could be sent back.

Try with Qatar Post Central Office near the Stadium on the Corniche. You will find a Customs Office there and very likely your package is also there.

If ur bro is sending through a courier service then u need the AWB and ur original ID to claim your cargo !
