Qatar Post & USPS first mail parcels

Good day,

I have bought several personal items online via USPS first mail international, however none of them reached to Qatar. I have contacted Q post several times, however nobody can help, since First mail international is the economic comemrcial international parcel system.

Did anyone face a similar issue ? any information on how to resolve it ?
