Qatari Residents stuck abroad

I have been trying to contact the immigration department as my wife and son are stuck abroad and cannot come back into Qatar even though they are residents and have lived here for 2 years. They have nowhere else to go.

Are there any guidelines on what is going on with Qatari Residents? They have put in place for Qatari Nationals but I'm sure this does not include residents.

Can anyone help with this at all, please?

Any MOI requirement is via METRASH2, which means work force will be minimal. Scan the Gulf times and peninsula

They can return to their home country.

I think it was in the paper a few days back. Only locals will be allowed to return and then in Quarantine for 2 weeks.
