Connected Qatar has removed the NAPS option for payment. I have packages waiting for payment so they can be shipped to Qatar. I can't get my packages until I pay, and I can no longer log in and pay online. Perhaps this is intentional. Connected Qatar now doesn't have to hire drivers to deliver packages to customers. Customer Service is useless. The staff are not very friendly and do not know how to solve problems. It appears that customers will now have tp go to the GPO or a post office branch to make payment. Connected Qatar has gone downhill. Once I get my present shipments (if I actually ever get them), I will delete my account with Connected Qatar. The frustration they give me is just not worth it.. Connected Qatar is the worst I have ever dealt with. It's a pity that is is so inefficient and lacking in customer service skills.
connected is worst. They are over charged me twice. They say free bundling but actually there is no bundlling. And you pay Bayan fee (20QAR) for each package in same shipment. My shipment consisted four packages (which i thought would be bundelled together as per what they claim on their website) but they charged each package minimum 500 gm that is 23 QAR+20 QAR service charges that is 43 per package. That means if uhave four packages you will end up paying minimum 192 QAR even though each package actual weight can be less that few grams. There are always hidden charges in connected which they never mention in the website.
Terrible service. Do not use. My things arrived in Qatar sat in a warehouse for a week then eventually I called to ask what they were doing and then they said they didn't have an address for me. I put in the address in the order form, the QPost smart locker in landmark mall. They said they couldn't deliver to their own smart locker cos it was broken and then said I could come pick up. 4 phone calls and a week later.

Fair WARNING. CONNECTED would charge you a base fare of 50 Riyals plus weight charge. That's 2 payments compared to Aramex Shop & Ship which charge only 43 riyals for 500 gms & below. I ended up paying twice the amount of purchase using CONNECTED.
