question about having a NOC

Hy, I want to ask that if a company terminates an employee and cancels his RP but didnt blacklist him and that person can go to Qatar again for some other employer so in this situation still he needs to provide NOC from his last job even if he is not working with them anymore???? plz help
According to the Labour law, even if you resign and cancel your RP, you will face a 2 year ban. If you intend to return to Qatar before 2 years, you need an NOC. However if you want to work for your Old sponsor/Company, then the ban is not applicable.
as per the laws the person need s to get an noc if he want to be employed within 2 years of termination resigning ofthe company
