re-scheduling of personal loan

I have a loan back in march 2008 in one of the prestigious bank here qatar but I was not able to come back due to family reason.I have signed cheques as a collateral.I paid for 3 months before i went home.The payment is drawn from the bank where my previous company debited my monthly salary.However since i did not come back,The June payment cheque is obviously bounced.
Now, I want to pay it in same monthly payment but here in Pakistan.Is it possible to approach the Bank which has branch here in Islamabad?But my worry is, I have already (1) cheque ( for June) which already bounce back.Maybe the bank already reported to Police or to immigration.I plan to go back in Doha maybe after 2 years and dont want to have problem.Maybe If I will approach bank here ,they will force me to pay the whole amount Which I cannot afford.Please help.
