Regarding Visa

Hi, i work as house driver in Qatar and my I D card is valid for one year ! I wants to know , if i cancel before one year , would i have a ban to come to qatar?? Or if i go to my home country aftr one year and dont back, will my visa expire automatically and can i come on new visa??
