REJECTED NURSE LICENSE IN QATAR?

Good day.

My data flow has already been accepted and completed according to SCH last April 16,2014. My employeer applied for my license but SCH REJECTED my license for unknown reason. I ask my the agency in QATAR if they can ask my employeer what happened. They answer me that my online application has been accepted and completed but the result has not yet been in the hands of the employeer. It's already 3months and more that my data flow has been accepted and completed.

How come that they dont have my data flow or how come that the data flow committe has not provided my certification. Im already more than 6months anxious on my application.

Note: Im still here in the Philippines. To all nurses and people who know the answer to my question please enlightened me with my situation because i dont know if i am waiting for NOTHING. Thank you very much.
