Release letter ....expert opinion pls
My cousin is here in Qatar for the last 11 years with a valid resident visa and has been wroking different commpanies.
The current job "A" is not paying well and the business is going to close soon and the sponsor is ready to give him release.
Meanwhile he found another sponsor,"B", who offered job ,but wanted a release letter from the earlier sponsor.
That job also having mysterious future and he is scared to give sponsorship there.
In case "A" is giving a relaese letter to "B" for 6 months, is it obligatory to join only in "B" ? Is it a must ? In case he finds a better job in "C" can he join there, without asking "B" ?
an urgent reply, advice is apprecited
u don't worry .u can go back to A.where u stamped the document there u go and cancell it.otherwise u have to wait for six months and go back.If u are not get stamped it ,it is not valid legally ,so no problem, u can go back today itself.
Dears,
is it necessary to get stamped legally the release letter from any department or immigration for six months to work for other employer??
SAM--------
Original sponsor a, the one listed on his RP will be the one to give the NOC.
Mandi
sorry, my language did not exprss what I meant.
in this case , even if he is working with "B", he is not under sponsorship of "B". He is still under "A", but "A" has given his services to "B" on lease .
In this case, is it necessary to get approva from "B", or it is the original sponsor "A"
sorry, i could express the question ony now
If he is working now with b he must have an NOC from b.
Mandi
he obtained the 6-month release letter from "A" to wrok for "B"
after working for "B" for 3 months and he did not like the job --
1. can he go back to "A", in case "A" is ready to take
2. can he go to "C", in case "C" is ready to take him.
in this case, he has to take permission from "A" or
"B"
If he begins work for company b then he must get an NOC from them. If he goes directly from a to c he can use the original NOC.
Mandi
Is it true that it does not mention company name "B" ?
if he gets a job in "C", he can join ?
if he does nto like "B", can he go back to "A"
this is the vital question
An NOC does not need to specify which company the employee will be working for.
