I want to renew my driving license which was expired 6 months back, actually I returned Qatar after 2 years to work with another company my question is do I need my present empyer's not or not?

To answer your question Naresh, you probably need your current employeer as He will be the one to issue necessary documents for you to renew your license.
If you came back with the same company... then, there's no need for your to do anything but to renew once you obtain your RP.
try it thro metrash2. its simple
after you get the new RP you can renew your driver license...no need of NOC
