I want to get a house on rent & then sub-rent it again to tenets again? can i do that here? is there any laws or regulations for that? do i have to register Anywhere for that? is only registered real state agency can do that?
You aren't the "Landlord", are you? Tell your landlord to register the contract he makes with you. He will look at you as if you came from Mars! However, you should have his permission to sublet the rented premises.

LEASE REGISTRATION
A landlord is required to register a lease within 30 days of completion. Leases are registered at the lease registration office of The Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Planning with regard to the 2008 Lease Law.
This is the responsibility of the landlord and failure to do this will not prevent a tenant from making a claim.
The registration fee is payable annually by the landlord and calculated as 1 % of the annual rent. There are penalties for late payment

make a contract with house owner first then you can directly give to any one ,,,no agency needed.
nothing to do. just rent one and rest....nothing needed
