RESIDENCE PERMIT EXPIRY - Penalty/fine in QATAR IMMIGRATION

Hello. Good day. I hope anyone can help me with my inquiry. My friend who is residing in Qatar is on job visa, but her residence permit has been expired 8 months ago. Until this time she is searching for a job. Her current employer did not renew their ID and does not seem to care about it. She was just advised to find a new job then they will provide her NOC.

Now if she wants to stay in qatar for more month to get a job here or if she will exit Qatar and come back to Qatar with NOC, how much fine/penalty does she need to pay in Qatar immigration for this 8 months of resident permit expiration? Because in Dubai it is AED 200/day. Is it also the same amount here in Qatar?

Also want to know, will it be possible to transfer the sponsorship even after expiry of Resident permit over 8 months if she will pay the fine for expired RP?
