How can I get even with my co-worker who's giving me a hard time? I already informed our boss but he still favors her. She keeps telling lies that I am not doing my work well.
If you are working in an office, try to take up the habit of being a diarist....writing everything down in a journal of who said what at what meeting, keeping all relavent emails etc. Keep evidence of your work so later when you are (wrongly) blamed for something, you have recorded proof of your innocence and who was suppose to have completed that task etc.
If you're not in an office....ignore the above and hope for the best :P

if your boss is giving you a hardtime then It's the burden that you have to carry coz he doesn't like you. try to behave appropriately and show to your boss that you are worth paying for. QL is addictive as what they say and I bet you spend most of your time also in this site. If I was your boss, I wouldn't like you also if I knew that you've been working here in QL for the whole day
