Roadside Assistance help,Qatar Assist

I purchased a Qatar Assist Roadside Assistance membership from Al Khaleej Insurance last September and I thought I will never use it, but today when I tried to start my car this morning, it wouldn’t start due to battery problem. So I called Qatar Assist Emergency hotline at seven 7.00 am. I was really impressed that the person who answered me was very helpful, polite and professional. Qatar assist came and started my car within 30 minutes of time. It’s really a great thing to have in Qatar a towing service that is similar or even better than the one we have in USA and Canada.

battery problem can be done as long as u have cables or a cables of the other car passing by. ..

But that service from insurance company is interesting,,,would you mind informing us the name of that service from Al Khaliji? and how much you spent to claim that privilege?
