Is Safa water reliable??

Hello,
I have been using Safa water from past 2 years and their service was okay.But now they are really bad
when it comes to delivering water on time.They were supposed to deliver yesterday morning and i haven't got water still,it's Sunday morning.How can people who supply water afford to be so careless!
It's almost an emergency situation in my house.Now,i have to go out and buy water from a store,which i have done couple times before.But now a days it's becoming so often and it's so inconvinient.
If i have to run out and buy water at the last hour what's the use of suscribing to Safa water -A "SHOULD BE RELIABLE" company.Has this been the experience for any of you folks out there?Do share your views.

I am using safa water since several years. Their delivery service is excellent. Bottles are new and water taste also superb. Price is reasonable.

This is the worst supplier of water bottles. They have very bad delivery services. The service team members are arrogant and careless. I am using three bottles but still I am not getting the water regularly.
I am just waiting now to consume all the coupons and then say good bye to Safa Water.
I would suggest all my friends using Safa Water to stop it and look for any other supplier.
In my building there were 11 customers of Safa Water but now there are only 3 and I am sure they would also stop buying it.
As of my knowledge about Safa water company,their delivery is almost good comparing to others!The main thing is that when season up all the water company have the same problem in distribution!I tried three companies so far,but among the three Safa is best in delivery!

Yes i agree to you all about keeping some extra bottles.I have kept 4 bottles and i also do keep the empty bottles outside with the coupons on the day they are supposed to deliver.
We are careful about such things,but besides all that they are insufficient in doing their job.Anyways i will complain on their website.Maybe things will turn around.
I don't think the caption is wrong.It is reliability in customer service that sustains any business organisation.And Safa water is also a consumer good delivering company for business purpose.It is not a charity organisation.And unless you can win the customers confidence with your reliable services you can in no way succeed in your business!

WEll Its the summers and the consumption of water is double than usuals.Its not jus Safa,Al manhal, Nestle or Qatari.They have their own issues once when i complained about the same.When the customer books for water they forget to keep the empty bottle outside with the coupon.
I now store 3 bottles in my house so that i dont run short of Water.U an return back the bottle whn ur consumption is less and get the deposit back.
I guess u gave the wrong caption for this Blog.. Reliablity????

Same I experienced for Rayyan water . I complained too much but no permanent solution . Then I bought 6 bottles ( 20 liters each ) . I asked them to come weekly once - they fixed one day in a week . I told them that I will keep empty bottles out side my home entrance & will keep money / coupon below empty bottles . Now system is working - I am keeping my bottle out side - keeping money below bottle . They are coming any time in a days & delivering full bottle . This system is good - I didnt saw delivery man's face for last 3 months but there is delivery & its goinng on . I have more bottles so I am not facing problem what u r facing .
well, i might say this is a normal customer service here..sorry to say that. but i suggest to buy an extra bottle and before u run out of H2O, grab another bottle...a little exercise will do..peace ouT!!!
