how to calculate salary if you return from annual leave and start work on 25 October how many days you should take 6 or 7 days.

wrong i asked in Labour office they said the Qatar Labour Law considering the month only 30 days and its showing in the labour contract agreement so you come 25 that's mean you did not work 24 days so deduct 24 days from your salary and you take only 6 days

IN THIS CASE....YOUR SALARY WILL BE DIVIDED BY 31,,,THEN MULTIPLY BY 7

your salary start calculation on 25 to the last day of the same month

if the month 30 you will take 6 days salary

if the month 31 days will be 7 days
